Dropezy delivers groceries and household essentials to your door in just 15 minutes, 24/7. From fresh produce to cleaning supplies, everything you need is only a tap away. We partnered with the team to redesign their mobile app, creating a streamlined, intuitive interface that makes shopping effortless and elevates the user experience.
Dropezy wanted to stand out from competitors with a bold yet minimalist design. Since the target audience is mainly young users, especially millennials, the visuals also needed to feel modern and engaging. To explore this, I created two different UI directions based on a moodboard. After discussions, iterations, and refinements, we combined the strongest elements from both to shape the final design.


We placed the search box at the center of the interface, making it the most prominent element so users can quickly find what they need. Categories are organized in a tab bar, while filters appear as chip buttons for easy customization. To make searching even smoother, the app shows past searches, suggests popular keywords, and includes autocomplete to help users discover and buy items faster.



We simplified the checkout flow to make transactions fast and effortless. The process now takes just three clicks, with orders delivered to the user’s door within 10–20 minutes. To reduce errors, the cart page highlights all item details, giving users confidence before completing their purchase. This ensures a smooth, efficient, and mistake-free checkout experience.



To keep users informed at every step, we built a robust delivery tracking system into the Dropezy app. Tracking updates are accessible from multiple touchpoints, ensuring users always know the status of their orders. When outside the app, users receive timely notifications. Inside the app, updates appear through pop-ups, on the home screen, and within transaction history, creating a seamless and transparent experience.



We crafted a set of simple, engaging illustrations to bring personality and clarity to the UI. Each visual element is consistent and contextual, enhancing key moments such as delivery tracking, points, and maps. These illustrations don’t just beautify the interface, they help users understand information faster and feel more connected to the experience.



Maintaining design consistency is key—not only for UI/UX but also for overall branding. To support this, we built a design system that acts as a shared guide for designers, developers, and marketers, ensuring every detail works together seamlessly.
